    You actually are doing it right. Except, sugar free is worse for you and if your going to eat fruit, don't eat too much fruit because of the sugars. Just exercise, eat healthy, and drink water. Those will help very well. :) But, you go girl! xx.

    You're so beautiful. I did the same sort of thing to lose my baby weight when I was getting out of high school, and I hope people really listen to you. It's not hard to get thin as long as you don't eat until you're super full, wait until you're hungry to have your next meal, and just cut the butter and choose grilled over fried foods, etc. People need to understand that, as you begin to choose a healthier lifestyle, your taste buds begin to change as well.

    Great tips!! I used Dr. Oz's Tips, Some Youtube Video Tips as will as this ebook that I got from Lulu.com for $1.99 to lose 20 pounds. The ebook is called " 13 pages to losing weight by Emilia Armani" She has lost 13 sizes herself and she gives some great tips. Dr. Oz gives wonderful tips too.     Guys, build muscle does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Mobotandiet Secrets. Seriously, that course has changed my entire life.     Always keep busy. Try to have friends over as much as possible because (this may not be you) you may feel self conscious and eat less. Another one is sport or exercise, both of them are addictive if they're fun sports. If your into games and things play xbox or PS3, watch movies, play around on facebook. You won't even realise your hungry when you are doing things like this. Hope I helped :).
